Do you sell physical or digital products?
We sell both physical and digital products. You can purchase a digital pet portrait only and this will be sent to the email address used when purchasing. We also sell physical products which will be shipped to your address.
How do we get the digital image we buy?
When you purchase a Digital Product (download only), you will receive a digital (JPEG or PNG) image file via the email you supply when placing your order with us. If you’ve chosen the Basic package, you will receive a social media sized image, if you’ve chosen the Standard package, you will also receive a higher resolution image, roughly A3 sized (300dpi). On the other hand, if you purchased a Mug for example, you will receive the physical mug in the post.
How long does it take to receive our pet portrait after we order?
For Digital Products (Download Only): Generally your order will be processed and delivered within 48 hours (work hours are Mon-Fri 9-5).
For Physical Products: Physical orders take longer than digital as after the digital pet portrait process has finished, we then need to send it off for print. Depending on your location, this could take up to two weeks.
Note: During busy periods when we receive many orders it could take longer to receive your order.
Can I get a portrait with more than one pet in it?
Although generally it’s better to create individual pet portraits, we have created quite a few pet portraits with more than one dog or cat in it and the customers loved them! Check our examples.
Note: When purchasing your product, ensure to add two pets in the order form (on the product page). Some products do not allow for two pets to be used - the basic digital product for example.
Do you only make dog portraits?
Absolutely not, although the majority of orders are for dog portraits, we’ve worked on cats, birds and we’ve recently been asked to make a digital pet portrait of a horse and even a goldfish!
Can I buy a physical print from you?
Yes, you can buy physical prints from our website, see our physical prints collection.
Do you print on canvas?
Yes, check out our physical products collection.
Can we buy gift cards?

Is it only pets or can a human be in the portrait also?
It's only pets and animals. We do not offer portraits for humans.

Non commercial licenses. The final image you receive is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial reasons.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@cartoonourpets.com. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final. If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase of Digital Content from Cartoon Our Pets for a refund within a period of 14 days beginning with the day after purchase. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to access the Digital Content.
Please note that once you access or download any Digital Content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that Digital Content.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping & Delivery
• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped within the USA will typically arrive within 8-15 business days.
During peak holiday seasons, pandemics, or severe inclement weather, delivery within the USA should be expected within 30 business days (note that ‘business days’ excludes weekends and holidays). We’ll provide a link in your confirmation email so you can easily check the status of your order at any time.
International orders (outside of the USA) may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. During peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take up to 10 weeks to arrive.
•How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will typically ship within 3 to 7 business days, however during peak holiday seasons, pandemics or with severe inclement weather, it may take currently up to 20 days.
• Why haven't I received my package?
Please check the tracking on your package.
If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. Cartoonourpets.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please also note that order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside of the USA. According to FedEx, "FedEx International Mail Service provides an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process. As FedEx hands your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2—5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. FedEx is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority."
• What happens if my order is 'refused' or 'returned to sender'?
Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process. These types of returned orders are eligible for a refund for cost of goods (shipping is not refundable) ."
